Whitney Guison is a dynamic speaker, facilitator, and community leader known for her engaging approach to leadership development and conflict resolution. As President of the Nixa Area Chamber of Commerce, she equips business leaders and teams with tools to grow and thrive.

Whitney’s speaking experience spans keynote addresses, workshops, and emcee roles across the region. Recent highlights include serving as the Keynote Speaker for White River Electric Cooperative’s End of Year Conference in Branson, MO (2024 & 2025), Presenter at the She Leads Conference in Branson, MO (2024 & 2025), and Emcee for the Care to Learn – Nixa Annual Banquet (2024 & 2025), Keynote for Spring Training Institute Spring Conference (2026), multiple c-suite workshops, and team building workshops. These engagements reflect her ability to connect with diverse audiences, from corporate teams to nonprofit leaders.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a Master’s degree in Communication with an emphasis in Conflict Resolution and is also a trained mediator, giving her both the academic foundation and practical skillset to guide others through conflict with confidence.
